Your company moved 60,000 square feet of scientific equipment and supplies from McCarthy Hall to our new Science Laboratory Center. This letter is written to express appreciation for the expeditious and expert service during the entire process. To this day, three months after the move, no faculty member has come forth with a claim for damage or loss. The move, as you know, was accomplished in less than the expected time.
I worked close with your operations manager, D.J. Warden, for whom I have the highest regard. D.J. has a commendable work ethic and was exceedingly accommodating and able to respond to emergency changes.
